After only 15 months, the remodeling of the hall bath is done, or rather, it is so close to done, compared to, say, a year ago, that it feels done. The only construction detail left is the threshold. A few furnishing are needed (waste basket, tissue holder, a brush and the ever-present plunger (both elegantly enclosed in something). The first 3 photos were taken without flash, and the 4th photo was taken with flash. It's actual appearance is somewhere in between. Being the first bathroom we have ever updated, it was an educational experience. For a small room, the bathroom rivaled the kitchen in terms of complexity. Anyway, the next time any of you visit, things will be a little more convenient than this past summer's visits.

What a radical change from the purple tile! It looks really great, Mom & Dad! I am impressed. You guys are quite the remodelers. :)
